This 5-week series will show you how.

I am here to put your fears to rest and dispel your limiting beliefs. We are at a cross roads in humanity, and you feel the pull. You, dear one ARE a lightworker and I am here to help you live into it, one 9-5 day at a time. 

Through weekly 90-minute live Zoom calls, you’ll learn how to merge Spirit with your everyday responsibilities — so you can feel fulfilled, grounded, and aligned no matter where you work.

 Already Always Listening
See your work and co-workers through new eyes by uncovering hidden assumptions and stories.

Use prompting questions to bring to light already always listening for your current patterns, and be able to recognize them in others. Playful and helpful tools to recognize when you are slipping into old patterns and ways to view colleagues, and any relationships from a new freeing perspective.

 Defining the Contribution We Want to Make
Discover what true contribution looks like from an energetic perspective. Discover new definitions and explore ways you are already contributing, and how to feel more fulfilled in everything you do. Contribution is never as limited as we humans think and you get to define how it looks and feels for yourself.

 The Ripple of Resonance
Explore how your energy ripples out to influence others — and how to set the tone. Become aware of how your energy is affecting the world around you and discover how others' energy has an impact on you. Finding freedom in awareness for all parts of life. 

 Broadcasting Light
Expand from individual interactions to the larger energetic field you’re always broadcasting into. We are putting theory to the test and seeing it play out in real world situations! Noticing how you impact the world around you, testing the theory and seeing it in action in your everyday 9-5 and more. 

 Aligned Action
Bring it all together — align your energy first, then take Spirit-led action. Action is the language of being human. Journaling is fine and meditation is amazing but let's bring it all together to make practical sense for our every day lives. Leave with a game plan, action steps and how to  apply these insights into every part of your life. We are not limited to our jobs, lets spread that sunshine everywhere!
